may have a spare room that can be rented out to our International
students for the coming academic year.  The contract can be for either 6
months or 1 year.

The International Team will give you advice or any help that you may need with settling into the College and Birmingham.
They will help you with:

• Finding suitable accommodation
• Getting free additional support for computing and language skills
• Extending your student visa
• Registering with a doctor, dentist or other health bodies
• Finding out about social events.

Student Services

The Student Services Team offers a range of services to make your life easier whilst you study at South Birmingham College.

They can help you by:

• Giving you advice and guidance on choosing the right course
• Providing advice on careers or progression routes
• Dealing with requests for additional support to help you with your studies
• Offering a confidential counselling and welfare service
• Offering financial support
• Progressing onto Higher Education.
