Are there any entry requirements?
To enrol on this course you will need to achieve a Level 1 in your basic skills assessment. This course is ideal if you work within the Plumbing Industry.

What will I study?
You will study through a combination of practical and theoretical skills to form a skill base and understanding of the trade.

You will study the following skills:
Cold water systems
Hot water systems
Sanitation
Sheet weathering
Central heating
Health & Safety

Safety footwear is essential for workshop practical activities. You will need to provide your own stationery.

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress onto full-time employment or continue onto higher level courses like NVQ 3: Plumbing.
