4 GSCEs at Grade D or a level 1 equivalent qualification
This course is perfect for people who are interested in music and wish to pursue a career in this field. To enrol on this course you will need to attend an audition and interview.

What will I study?
The course will give you an introduction to music and will provide you with the basis to progress on to higher level courses.

You will study 5 units over 1 year including specialist units from your chosen pathway.

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress onto the BTEC National Diploma/Certificate: Music Practice or Music Technology.
