Are there any entry requirements?
To enrol on this course you will need to achieve a level 1 Initial Assessment, plus level 1 Plumbing: City & Guilds 6129.

You will need to undertake a Basic Skills assessment prior to acceptance on this course, and be committed to pursuing a career in the Plumbing Industry.

What will I study?
You will study through a combination of practical and theoretical skills to form a substantial skills base and understanding of the trade.

You will study the following units:
Cold water systems
Hot water systems
Sanitation
Sheet weathering
Central heating
Health & Safety

Safety footwear is essential for workshop practical activities. You will need to supply your own stationery.

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress into full-time employment or continue your studies through to higher level courses like level 3 Plumbing: City & Guilds 6129.
