Are there any entry requirements?
To enrol on this course you will need to have gained a level 2 Diploma or NVQ 2: Wall & Floor Tiling qualification and/or have had several years' experienceas a Tiler before starting this course. This course is ideal if you work in the industry, if you don't please refer to the level 2 Diploma: Wall & Floor Tiling.

What will I study?
You will study through a combination of practical and theoretical skills to form a substantial skill base and understanding of the trade.

You will study the following main units:
Direct bedding
Plaster patching and basic render work
Complex cutting and shaping
Stairways and stairway walls
Mosaics & natural stone
Surface drainage

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress onto higher level courses including City & Guilds supplements, BTEC National Certificate, HNC or HND. You could also run your own business.
